INGREDIENTS

2 or 3 veal cutlets 1/4 kg of fresh mushrooms 2 tablespoons of flour 1 tablespoon of butter

1 tablespoon of olive oil 2/3 cup chicken broth Fresh parsley Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. First pound the cutlets thin and flat.
  2. In a bowl mix the flour, salt and pepper and pour this mixture on the veal.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and cook the veal over medium heat for about 1 minute.
  4. Add mushrooms to pan and stir for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
  5. Add parsley and a bit butter, stirring 2 minutes longer or until thickened.
  6. Pour everything on a plate and that’s all!
