These beef kabobs are a must-try steak recipe! They are easy-to-make, quick, juicy, tender and full of flavor. Remember that you can also add as many more vegetables as you desire, like zucchini, potatoes, or cherry tomatoes for a more varied and healthy meal.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR GRILLED BEEF KABOBS

  1. In a bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire and soy sauce. Then, cut the beef into 1-inch thick and add the steak to marinade.
  2. Cut the vegetables into 1-inch pieces. Drizzle them with oil and toss to coat.
  3. Time to assemble kabobs! Thread vegetables and steak pieces onto skewers, leaving two pieces of vegetables between each piece of the meat.
