Fantastic Autumn Recipe: Stuffed Veal
INGREDIENTS
1 beef skirt steak 100 g of onion 4 apples 50 g of raisins Half a teaspoon of thyme

INSTRUCTIONS
- Cover a large work surface with aluminum foil and place the open steak on top, with the part that has more fat facing down and season the meat.
- Peel and clean the apples and chop them into small pieces. Do the same with the onions.
- Heat in a pan 2 tablespoons olive oil and fry the onions until soft. Add the apple in small pieces and add salt and pepper. Then add the raisins, thyme and stir.
- Spread the filling over the meat, leaving at least 3 centimeters free on each side. Place the slices of bacon covering the filling evenly.
- Roll the meat from the longest side and close it with kitchen thread.
- Sear the veal roll over medium heat in the pan with a little oil, until it is evenly browned.
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C and place the meat in a baking dish. Pour a drizzle of olive oil and wine over it. Cook at 190 C for 30 minutes.
- Remove it from the oven and cover the meat with aluminum foil forming a closed package. Let stand 10 minutes and cut the roll into slices.
