Ultimate Chuck Steak with Peanut paste recipe

INGREDIENTS

1300 g of Chuck flap

250 g of peanut paste

1 medium sized onion

2 units of star anise

1,5 garlic cloves

½ Cayenne pepper

6 coriander branches

½ teaspoon of cumin

2 cloves

½ laurel leaf

6 g of pepper

350 ml of veal stock

1 spoon of sugar

Cooking time:

12 hours and 20 minutes

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Stir-fry the onion with the garlic until the onion gets a slight brown colour. Add the peanut paste and the veal stock, grind up and let it boil for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the spices, leave at low heat for 15 minutes to assemble. Take off the heat and when is lukewarm add the meat.
  3. Let marinate for 12 hours, sear and serve immediately.
