INGREDIENTS
4 beef steaks 2 potatoes 2 green peppers
1 clove of garlic Beaten egg Bread crumbs

INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into thick sticks and fry them in a pan with oil over low heat.
- Remove and drain on a plate lined with absorbent kitchen paper. Season and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Mix: Finely chop the garlic, some leaves of parsley and pepper and mix with bread crumbs.
- Dip the beef steaks in the beaten egg and then in the mixture.
- Fry the steaks for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Meanwhile, cut the peppers into strips and fry them at low heat.
- Serve breaded fillets and accompany with potatoes and green peppers.
- Garnish with parsley.
