INGREDIENTS

4 beef steaks 2 potatoes 2 green peppers

1 clove of garlic Beaten egg Bread crumbs

INSTRUCTIONS

 

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into thick sticks and fry them in a pan with oil over low heat.
  2. Remove and drain on a plate lined with absorbent kitchen paper. Season and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  3. Mix: Finely chop the garlic, some leaves of parsley and pepper and mix with bread crumbs.
  4. Dip the beef steaks in the beaten egg and then in the mixture.
  5. Fry the steaks for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  6. Meanwhile, cut the peppers into strips and fry them at low heat.
  7. Serve breaded fillets and accompany with potatoes and green peppers.
  8. Garnish with parsley.
