This salad is original, rich and very nutritious. It has the protein of meat, vegetables and fruits that give it a sweet flavor and a special touch. The vinaigrette helps both the sweet and the salty to combine and balance. Also, it’s quick and easy to make. Just eat and enjoy!


For dressing:

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup olive oil

1 tbsp light brown sugar

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 chopped garlic clove


Ground pepper

For steak salad:

24 ounces steaks

2 pears

8 cups baby arugula

½ cup feta cheese

¼ cup pecans

There is so much goodness in this sweet steak salad. The perfect steak, some pears, and a delicious vinaigrette will make this dish your favorite meal!

  1. Season steak and allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Wait until the oil is very hot, it will be shimmering.
  3. Add the steak to the pan, do not touch it. Cook for 5 minutes, flip, and cook for around 3 minutes.
  4. Put the steak on a plate and allow to rest for 5 minutes before cutting into strips.
  5. Peel the pear and cut it into small pieces. We put it in the same pan as the beef, simply to brown it.
  6. While the steak rests, combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  7. Shake together all vinaigrette ingredients in a small shaker, then pour over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Put the steaks on top of the salad.
