2 cups beef broth

28 ounces kidney beans

14 ounces black beans

Chili powder

Smoked paprika

Salt

Cayenne

Toppings:

Grated cheddar cheese

Chopped green onions

Fresh cilantro leaves

Sliced jalapeños

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BEEF CHILI RECIPE

  1. Cook the onions, peppers, jalapeños and garlic in a pan with oil.
  2. Add beef and cook until browned. Stir in the cumin, chili powder, paprika and salt and mix.
  3. Mix in the crushed tomatoes along with their juice, the tomato sauce, broth and beans. Bring to a boil about 30 minutes.
