INGREDIENTS
- 4 beef Tenderloin Steaks
- 2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
- 2 cups frozen edamame in pods
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2 cups hot cooked brown rice
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
- 1/2 to 2 teaspoons Asian hot sauce (Sriracha sauce)

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 180°C. Coat 20 X 30 cm baking pan with cooking spray.

Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix thoroughly. Pat into prepared baking pan. Bake in 170ºC oven for 30 minutes. Refrigerate until cooled; slice into bars. Bars should be covered and stored in refrigerator.
