INGREDIENTS
- 40 gr. cooked U.S. beef, cut into bite-size pieces or shredded
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 medium red or green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 4 large eggs
- 60–85 gr. baked or regular tortilla chips
- 240 gr. thick and chunky salsa
- 60 gr. Cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add bell pepper and garlic and cook for 4–6 minutes, until tender.

Add eggs and tortilla chips and cook for 30–60 seconds, stirring constantly, until the eggs begin to set.

Stir in the beef and salsa and cook for 2–4 minutes, until heated through.

Top with cheese if desired and finish with your favorite toppings before serving.
