T2O, with registered office at Calle del Poeta Joan Maragall, 1 and with ESB838359850, on behalf of its client U.S Meat Export Federation, organizes a draw to promote the increase of the Facebook and Instagram community in the accounts of the brand. Participants may participate in the USMEF PRODUCT PACK DRAW promotion if they meet the conditions set forth in these Rules.
- Purpose of the promotion
The purpose of the promotion is for users to participate in the draw for a pack of USMEF products, which includes a recipe book that includes a seasoning, an apron, a cooler bag and a cookbook.
- People to whom this promotion is addressed
It is addressed exclusively to natural persons over 18 years old, resident in Czech Republic at the time of the draw.
The U.S Meat Export Federation reserves the right to exclude from participation in the promotion any person for whom it is verified that the information provided is not true, as well as those who commit irregularities or illegalities in their participation in the promotion.
- Free participation
Participation in the promotion is free of charge and does not imply any additional cost to its participants.
- Duration
The validity of the promotion starts from March 4, 2024 to March 11, 2024.
- Territorial scope of the promotion
Residents in Czech Republic.
- Prizes
A pack of USMEF products, which includes a recipe book that includes a seasoning, an apron, a cooler bag and a cookbook.
- Mechanics of the promotion
On Facebook, to participate you need to like the draw post, be a follower of the account and leave a comment on the post tagging a friend.
On Instagram, to participate you need to like the draw post, be a follower of the account and leave a comment on the post tagging a friend.
- Conditions of participation
The conditions established to be able to access the prize will be the following:
a) Must be over 18 years old at the time the winner is chosen, within the promotion period in which they participated.
b) Be a resident of Czech Republic at the time of the draw.
c) All data provided by the participant must be true.
d) The identity of the participants and winners will be accredited exclusively by means of official documents, if necessary. If the participant has provided false information, their participation will not be taken into account, they will be automatically excluded from the promotion and will not be eligible for any prize.
e) The organizers reserve the right to exclude from this promotion those users who suspect or detect that they have participated in any fraudulent way, and may request any type of documentation to confirm or eliminate any type of suspicion. The non-delivery of the requested documentation will lead to the immediate elimination of the participant. If the winner who is eligible for the prize does not meet the requirements of these rules, or the data provided to participate is not valid or does not provide the necessary data requested, which may include a copy of your ID, will not access the prizes object of the contest. The organizers reserve the right to justifiably eliminate any participant who defrauds, alters, or disables the proper functioning and the normal and regulatory course of the contest.
f) Any type of illegal content, threats, or defamation, that constitute an attack against privacy, and in general, any vulgar, obscene, indecent content or that implies criminal or civil liability or violates any legal provision is strictly prohibited.
g) The organizers reserve the right to modify the conditions of this promotion prior to the appropriate authorizations or corresponding administrative communications.
h) In the event of exclusion of any participant, for the reasons explained above, another winner will be chosen.
i) The winner must accept the prize in writing within 72 hours of being notified by direct message.
j) The prize will be delivered through a courier company to the address indicated by the winners.
k) U.S Meat Export Federation reserves the right to use the profile image of the winners in RRSS in all those activities related to the promotion, whether or not they are the winner, for advertising or dissemination purposes, without generating it for the winner or the participants have no right to receive any consideration.
l) In no case will the prize be exchanged for its cash value. The prize is non-transferable and in no case may it be subject to change, alteration, or compensation at the request of the winner.
m) The organizers reserve the right to substitute the previously detailed prize for another of similar value and characteristics in case of force majeure.
- Communication of the results
The winners will be sent a private message on the corresponding social network to notify them of the prize.
- Delivery of the prize
The prizes will be sent through a courier company, to the address that the winner grants.
*The U.S Meat Export Federation is not responsible for the loss of prizes by the courier company.
- Protection of personal data
U.S Meat Export Federation declares to comply with the requirements of the Organic Law on Data Protection 15/1999, as well as Royal Decree-Law 5/2018, of July 27. The winners expressly accept that the data they provide will be incorporated into the file that the U.S Meat Export Federation has created for such purposes and that they will be transferred to the service providers for the purpose of managing participation in this promotion and sending the prize and send the participant information about the products and services of the U.S Meat Export Federation through the contact email.
Participants in the promotion may exercise, free of charge, their rights of access, opposition, rectification, or cancellation by sending a private message to Europe-cs@usmef.org
- Acceptance of the bases
Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these rules.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Bases are subject to the Spanish Legal System. The participants in the promotion, expressly waive the jurisdiction that may correspond to them, point to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid as competent to hear litigation that may arise from this promotion.
