INGREDIENTS
- 225 gr. cooked U.S. beef pot roast
- 1 can diced tomatoes with mild green chilies
- 120 ml beer
- 200 gr. shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 70 gr. finely chopped kale leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine tomatoes and beer in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Toss the cheese with cornstarch. Lower the heat and add the cheese a little at a time, stirring constantly for 3–6 minutes until melted. Do not boil.

Stir in the beef and kale and cook for 3–5 minutes, until heated through.

Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately with your favorite dippers.
