Beef & Kale Melted Cheese

Warm, cheesy and perfect for sharing . This beef and kale melted cheese is an easy crowd-pleaser with U.S. beef at the center.

INGREDIENTS

  • 225 gr. cooked U.S. beef pot roast
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with mild green chilies
  • 120 ml beer
  • 200 gr. shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 70 gr. finely chopped kale leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine tomatoes and beer in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.

  2.  Toss the cheese with cornstarch. Lower the heat and add the cheese a little at a time, stirring constantly for 3–6 minutes until melted. Do not boil.

  3. Stir in the beef and kale and cook for 3–5 minutes, until heated through.

  4. Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately with your favorite dippers.
