ABOUT THE USMEF
The U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) is a non-profit trade association working to promote US meat worldwide, to create new opportunities and develop existing international markets for U.S. beef, pork, lamb and veal, as well as to educate customers about US meat attributes. USMEF is funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), exporting companies, and the beef, pork, lamb, corn, sorghum and soybean check-off programs.
