Corned Beef and Pickled Dip

Combine Ground Beef and simple ingredients in one skillet for a crowd pleasing Beef Stroganoff recipe that doesn’t requiere extra work.

INGREDIENTS

  • 340 gr. pre-cooked Boneless Corned beef Brisket, cold, diced
  • 1-1/2 cups diced dill pickles

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place Corned Beef Brisket in a food processor bowl. Pulse on until beef becomes crumbly in texture. You can also use pre-cooked tenderloin and cut it into very small pieces.
  2. Add pickles and mayonnaise; pulse 5 times to combine.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until you need it.
