April 13th will see the launching of 2 weeks of promotion of U.S. Beef by JW Steakhouse, at the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel. The chef Nicolae Lica will offer a menu including a selected range of different U.S. beef cuts.
The objective is increasing U.S. Beef awareness in the Romanian market and educating the market regarding U.S. tradition in beef. The event, organized by JW Marriott and JW Steakhouse, will also enjoy the collaboration of USDA-FAS Bucharest and USMEF.
An official launch/opening of the 2 weeks promotion will take place in April 13th where key players and industry representatives will be invited. Felipe Macías, USMEF marketing representative for Europe, will address a short speech on the U.S. beef industry and the U.S. beef difference. He will followed by a demo by executive chef Nicolae Lica with different beef cuts.
