Le chef <strong>Nicolae Lica<\/strong> proposera un menu comprenant une s\u00e9lection de diff\u00e9rents morceaux de b\u0153uf am\u00e9ricain. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'<strong>objectif<\/strong> est d'<strong>accro\u00eetre la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 du b\u0153uf am\u00e9ricain sur le march\u00e9 roumain et de sensibiliser le march\u00e9 \u00e0 la tradition am\u00e9ricaine en mati\u00e8re de b\u0153uf.<\/strong> L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement, organis\u00e9 par <strong>JW Marriott<\/strong> et <strong>JW Steakhouse<\/strong>, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera \u00e9galement de la collaboration de l'<strong>USDA-FAS Bucharest<\/strong> et de l'<strong>USMEF<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un lancement\/une ouverture officielle de ces 2 semaines de promotion aura lieu le <strong>13 avril<\/strong>, o\u00f9 les acteurs cl\u00e9s et les repr\u00e9sentants de l'industrie seront invit\u00e9s. <strong>Felipe Mac\u00edas<\/strong>, repr\u00e9sentant marketing de l'USMEF pour l'Europe, prononcera un bref discours sur l'industrie du b\u0153uf am\u00e9ricain et la diff\u00e9rence du b\u0153uf am\u00e9ricain.
