VEAL WITH MUSHROOMS

Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 veal cutlets
  • 1/4 kg of fresh mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2/3 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper

VEAL WITH MUSHROOMS

Preparation:

  • First pound the cutlets thin and flat.
  • In a bowl mix the flour, salt and pepper and pour this mixture on the veal.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and cook the veal over medium heat for about 1 minute.
  • Add mushrooms to pan and stir for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
  • Add parsley and a bit butter, stirring 2 minutes longer or until thickened.
  • Pour everything on a plate and that’s all!
