BREADED BEEF STEAKS

Ingredients

  • 4 beef steaks
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Beaten egg
  • Bread crumbs

BREADED BEEF STEAKS

Preparation:

  • Peel the potatoes, cut them into thick sticks and fry them in a pan with oil over low heat.
  • Remove and drain on a plate lined with absorbent kitchen paper. Season and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • Mix: Finely chop the garlic, some leaves of parsley and pepper and mix with bread crumbs.
  • Dip the beef steaks in the beaten egg and then in the mixture.
  • Fry the steaks for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  • Meanwhile, cut the peppers into strips and fry them at low heat.
  • Serve breaded fillets and accompany with potatoes and green peppers.
  • Garnish with parsley.
