Episode der Kulinarischen Br\u00fccke, der American BBQ Edition, zusammen, die im April im stets so herausragenden <a href=\"http:\/\/finland.usembassy.gov\/innovationcenter.html\">Innovationszentrum der US-Botschaft<\/a> in Helsinki, Finnland, stattfand. Drei K\u00f6che \u2013 <em>Oula H\u00e4nninen<\/em> vom <a href=\"http:\/\/www.katistenkartano.fi\/en\/\">Katinen Manor<\/a>, <em>Tero Honkaniemi<\/em> und <em>Sami Lamminaho<\/em> von <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hkscan.com\/fi\/etusivu\">HKSCAN<\/a> \u2013 und Dutzende finnische Journalisten genossen einen sonnigen Nachmittag in der Botschaft. Okay, ein paar Regentropfen gab es auch, aber nichts konnte uns davon abhalten, gro\u00dfartiges, k\u00f6stliches Essen mit der besten Aussicht der Stadt zu genie\u00dfen!  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es drehte sich alles um BBQ und Grillen, aber wir waren (leicht) auch offiziell: <em>Herr Rodney Hunter<\/em>, Leiter der Politisch-Wirtschaftlichen Abteilung der US-Botschaft, er\u00f6ffnete die Veranstaltung und begr\u00fc\u00dfte die Anwesenden. Und da die US-Botschaft in Helsinki sehr auf gr\u00fcne Technologie und Nachhaltigkeit bedacht ist, hatten wir <em>Herrn John Molesky<\/em>, Koordinator der League of Green Embassies, dabei, um einen kurzen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber das Geb\u00e4ude selbst zu geben. Und <strong>US-Rindfleisch<\/strong> \u2013 das war die Kernbotschaft, und wir waren so froh, auch zwei wichtige Fleisch-Experten bei uns zu haben: <em>Herrn Felipe Mac\u00edas<\/em> von der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usa-beef.org\/de\/\">U.S. Meat Export Federation<\/a> und <em>Herrn Hannu Kottonen<\/em>, CEO des nordischen Fleischgiganten <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hkscan.com\/fi\/etusivu\">HKSCAN<\/a>.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00dcber 70 Personen kamen zur III.
